Your notes are: (1) auto-redacted of common identifiers before transmission; (2) sent to AI processing infrastructure (Anthropic, USA) for real-time generation; (3) discarded by ClearPass servers immediately after the response is returned. Notes are processed but not stored on our servers. We strongly recommend you avoid entering patient names, Emirates IDs, MRNs, or other identifiers — our auto-redaction is a best-effort safeguard, not a guarantee. No. ClearPass is designed to work alongside any EMR. You paste your raw clinical input into ClearPass, ClearPass returns a structured EMR note plus a UAE insurance justification letter, and you copy them back into your EMR system. ClearPass is compatible with all major EMR platforms used in UAE hospitals and clinics.

ClearPass keeps its UAE insurance ruleset updated as regulators publish changes — including DOH V25.0 (effective 1 Jan 2025), DHA ISHD guidelines, 40+ Daman adjudication rules, NextCare / NAS Neuron criteria, and Thiqa, AXA, ADNIC, MetLife, MSH and Allianz policies. When a regulator updates a rule, ClearPass updates so doctors don't have to track it.

Every note ClearPass generates sends thousands of tokens of UAE insurance ruleset to a large language model in real time. The subscription covers that infrastructure cost AND the ongoing work of keeping ClearPass aligned with insurer rule changes. ClearPass does not run ads and does not sell data — the subscription is the only revenue source.

ClearPass produces a clinically-structured EMR note and a justification letter that cites the relevant UAE Adjudication Rule (e.g. Daman AR 2017-MN-0023). The treating physician remains fully responsible for reviewing and verifying every output before submission to any insurer or healthcare authority — ClearPass is a documentation aid, not a clinical decision-support system.

By design. ClearPass servers do not retain clinical note content after a response is generated. Once your note is sent back to your browser, our server-side copy is discarded. This means: (1) clinical content is not persisted on ClearPass servers; (2) the design supports UAE health-data sovereignty principles; (3) a ClearPass server breach cannot expose stored clinical work because none is stored; (4) ClearPass has no clinical content history to subpoena, sell, or leak. The trade-off is that ClearPass cannot show you a list of past notes — once you close the tab without copying, that note is gone.
