Why ClearPass.health
Not Generic AI — Your Payer's Rules Built In
ChatGPT and Gemini will write you a generic medical letter. ClearPass.health writes a letter that knows your specific insurer's exact rules — and cites them.
Generic AI
  • "Patient meets criteria for medical necessity..."
  • No insurer-specific language
  • No AR citation — gets rejected
  • You spend 30 min rewriting and re-submitting
  • You pay for the API every time
ClearPass.health
  • "Per Daman AR 2017-MN-0023 V5.0, criterion 4.1 met..."
  • Exact insurer language verbatim
  • Citation-backed — reviewer can verify
  • ~3 min to generate, paste, send
  • One subscription, unlimited generations

Snap a Photo of the Report Pro
Skip the typing: photograph a lab, radiology, or referral report and ClearPass pulls the clinical detail straight into the note. Remove patient identifiers first — uploaded images are not auto-redacted.
Real-Time Specialty Templates New
300+ structured templates across 17 specialties. Fill guided fields — chief complaint, examination, investigations, plan — while you're with the patient, and generate an insurance-ready note instantly. Prefer free text? Paste your note as before — your choice on every case.
Already Been Denied?
Turn a Rejection Into an Approval
Paste the rejected note and the denial reason. ClearPass pinpoints exactly why it failed against your insurer's rules — then rewrites it to fix that reason, with the citations to back it up.
DENIED
Daman · MNEC-004
"Medical necessity not established — prior conservative treatment not documented."
REWRITTEN TO ADDRESS THE DENIAL
"Patient completed 6 weeks of NSAIDs + physiotherapy (Jan–Feb 2026) with no improvement — satisfying the Daman step-therapy criterion for advanced imaging."

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about ClearPass.health.
Does ClearPass.health store patient data?+
ClearPass.health servers do not retain patient note text. Your notes are: (1) auto-redacted of common identifiers before transmission; (2) sent to secure AI processing infrastructure for real-time generation (details in our Privacy Policy); (3) discarded by ClearPass.health servers immediately after the response is returned. Notes are processed but not stored on our servers. We strongly recommend you avoid entering patient names, Emirates IDs, MRNs, or other identifiers — our auto-redaction is a best-effort safeguard, not a guarantee. This design supports UAE health-data sovereignty principles.
Does ClearPass.health replace my existing EMR?+
No. ClearPass.health is designed to work alongside any EMR. You paste your raw clinical input into ClearPass.health, ClearPass.health returns a structured EMR note plus a UAE insurance justification letter, and you copy them back into your EMR system. ClearPass.health is compatible with all major EMR platforms used in UAE hospitals and clinics.
How current are the UAE insurance criteria inside ClearPass.health?+
ClearPass.health keeps its UAE insurance ruleset updated as regulators publish changes — including DOH V25.0 (effective 1 Jan 2025), DHA ISHD guidelines, 40+ Daman adjudication rules, NextCare / NAS Neuron criteria, and Thiqa, AXA, ADNIC, MetLife, MSH and Allianz policies. When a regulator updates a rule, ClearPass.health updates so doctors don't have to track it.
Why does ClearPass.health charge a subscription?+
Every note ClearPass.health generates sends thousands of tokens of UAE insurance ruleset to a large language model in real time. The subscription covers that infrastructure cost AND the ongoing work of keeping ClearPass.health aligned with insurer rule changes. ClearPass.health does not run ads and does not sell data — the subscription is the only revenue source.
Which specialties does ClearPass.health support?+
ClearPass.health covers 80+ medical sub-specialties — General Practice, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Orthopaedics, Oncology, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Surgery, ENT, Urology, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Radiology and most Allied Health disciplines — with insurer-specific approval criteria built in for each one.
How accurate is the note ClearPass.health generates?+
ClearPass.health produces a clinically-structured EMR note and a justification letter that cites the relevant UAE Adjudication Rule (e.g. Daman AR 2017-MN-0023). The treating physician remains fully responsible for reviewing and verifying every output before submission to any insurer or healthcare authority — ClearPass.health is a documentation aid, not a clinical decision-support system.
Can I upload a photo of a report instead of typing?+
Yes — on paid plans you can photograph a lab or radiology report and ClearPass reads the clinical detail into the note. For privacy, crop or cover patient identifiers (name, Emirates ID, MRN, date of birth) before uploading — uploaded images are processed as-is and are not auto-redacted the way typed text is.
Where is my note history stored, and can I delete it?+
Your note history is stored only in your own browser (on this device), never on ClearPass.health servers. ClearPass.health keeps your last 50 notes locally so you can review them from the History page or your Dashboard — but: (1) it lives on your device, not ours, so a ClearPass.health server breach cannot expose it; (2) it does not sync across devices or browsers; (3) you are in full control — you can delete any note (or clear all history) anytime from the History page, and clearing your browser data also removes it. Because it is device-local, we still recommend pasting important notes into your EMR.
