ClearPass.health is a clinical documentation assistance tool only. It is not a medical device, clinical decision support system, or substitute for professional medical judgment. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
You review and approve everything ClearPass.health writes before it goes to an insurer or health authority, as you would any document you sign. The insurer makes the final decision on every request; ClearPass.health helps you present the strongest case for it.
Write notes with initials, age and the clinical details only. Leave out names, national ID and insurance numbers, dates of birth and medical record numbers. ClearPass.health also removes common identifiers automatically before anything is sent, as a second layer of protection.
Notes are processed by our AI provider in the United States (the Privacy Policy shows the full data flow). If the law where you practise limits sending health data abroad, please check it before you start.
When you use Transcribe, the audio goes to our speech-to-text provider (ElevenLabs, United States), which deletes its copy after transcribing. Ask the patient or guardian for consent before you start, and avoid saying identifiers aloud that the note does not need.
All literature references, guideline citations, and payer rule references generated by this tool must be independently verified by the physician before formal use — literature via PubMed, and payer criteria via the payer’s or regulator’s own publications. Where ClearPass.health holds no rules for your country, the justification cites none; any payer rule that appears in such a letter should be treated as an error.
We keep your name and email address to run your account. Clinical text is sent to our AI provider only to write your document. Transcribe audio is turned into text and then discarded; ClearPass.health never stores audio, and transcripts stay in your browser. No clinical content stays on our servers after processing. ClearPass.health is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with any insurer, payer, health authority or government body in any country. Where insurance criteria are used, they are sourced from publicly available regulatory documents.
